refactor: 簡化API設計，移除statistics計算和userLevel參數
- 移除後端statistics計算邏輯，改由前端處理
- 移除userLevel參數，簡化API接口
- 清理DTO模型中的多餘欄位 (Tags, IsIdiom, UserLevel)
