feat: 完成後端冗餘欄位移除和資料庫遷移
- 新增RemoveRedundantLevelFields資料庫遷移檔案
- 清理FlashcardsController移除UserLevel/WordLevel初始化邏輯
- 清理SpacedRepetitionService移除批量數值欄位處理
- 更新Flashcard模型移除冗餘數值屬性
- 創建詳細的移除計劃和完成報告文檔
- 後端現已完全使用純CEFR即時轉換架構
