refactor: 重新組織專案文檔結構

- 保持根目錄整潔，只保留當前活躍的開發文檔
- 包含以下文檔的重新組織：
  - 進階搜尋規劃、架構治理、後端API策略
  - 詞卡修復、前端架構、優化計劃等
